These Nutella truffles are made with just three simple ingredients and deliver a rich, fudgy texture coated in smooth chocolate. They’re quick, no-bake, and perfect for satisfying any chocolate craving.

Ingredients

  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies like Oreos
  • 5 tablespoons Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 6 –8 ounces melting chocolate almond bark or candy melts
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

Make the Truffle Base

  • Add cookies and Nutella to a food processor.
  • Blend until smooth and the mixture forms a soft dough.

Shape the Truffles

  • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls.
  • Place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.

Melt the Chocolate

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

Coat the Truffles

  • Dip each truffle into melted chocolate.
  • Tap off excess and place back on the sheet.
  • Add sprinkles if desired.

Set and Serve

  • Chill until the coating is fully set.
  • Serve cold or slightly softened.

Notes

Too soft to roll: Chill the mixture for 10–15 minutes before shaping.
Smooth coating: Use a fork or dipping tool for easier chocolate coating.
Flavor twist: Add a pinch of sea salt or espresso powder for depth.
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Freezing: Freeze for longer storage and thaw before serving.
