- 10 oz apple pie filling
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- Sparkling sugar optional, for topping

Assemble the Fries
Roll out one pie crust on a lightly floured surface.
Spread a thin layer of apple pie filling evenly over the crust.
Place the second pie crust on top to sandwich the filling.
Lightly press down the edges to seal.
