- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 green onions thinly sliced
- A few dashes of hot sauce
- 8 slices cooked beef bacon or turkey bacon crumbled
In a large mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add garlic powder, mustard powder, and hot sauce. Stir well to incorporate.
Mix in cheddar cheese, green onions, and parsley.
Fold in most of the bacon, reserving a little for topping.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
Before serving, top with extra green onions and bacon.
