- 1 bottle chilled champagne sparkling juice, or sparkling lemonade
- Optional: fresh berries or mint for garnish
Scoop 1–2 small scoops of sorbet or ice cream into each glass.
Slowly pour chilled champagne or sparkling juice over the scoops.
Let the bubbles rise and the foam settle for a moment.
