- 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 8 oz beef or turkey bacon chopped
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter cut into pieces
- Pinch of red pepper flakes optional
- Freshly ground pepper and kosher salt to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly butter a baking dish.
