Ingredients

  • 2 12 oz sausage rolls (Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage)
  • 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 8 large eggs scrambled
  • 6 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Form sausage into 12 patties slightly larger than rolls; cook in skillet over medium heat until done.
  • Slice rolls lengthwise (keeping top and bottom connected) and place bottom halves in baking dish.
  • Layer scrambled eggs over bottom rolls, then pepper jack cheese, sausage patties, and American cheese.
  • Place top halves of rolls back on.
  • Mix melted butter and maple syrup; brush generously over the top rolls, allowing some glaze to drip down sides.
  • Bake 15–20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and tops are golden.
  • Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Slightly oversize the sausage patties to ensure full coverage.
  • Keep the roll tops connected during layering to ease assembly.
  • Use a good quality maple syrup for flavor.
  • Let sliders rest a few minutes before serving so filling settles.
  • Great to assemble ahead and bake just before serving.
