Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie or homemade
  • 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Warm tortillas slightly to make folding easier.
  • Spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil or butter.
  • Place burritos seam-side down in the pan. Grill 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and crisp.
  • Serve warm with your favorite toppings or sides.

Notes

  • Use a panini press for perfectly even grilling.
  • Add cooked rice or quinoa for extra bulk.
  • Spice it up with hot sauce or jalapeños in the filling.
  • Make ahead and store in the fridge or freezer for easy meals.
