- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie or homemade
- 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for grilling
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Warm tortillas slightly to make folding easier.
Spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
