- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese divided
- 2 cooked chicken breasts diced
- ¾ cup turkey ham diced
- ¾ cup cooked turkey bacon diced
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ cup finely crushed croutons
