Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne pasta cooked al dente (reserve ½ cup pasta water)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese divided
  • 2 cooked chicken breasts diced
  • ¾ cup turkey ham diced
  • ¾ cup cooked turkey bacon diced
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ cup finely crushed croutons
  • 1 tablespoon butter finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Pasta

  • Cook penne pasta until al dente.
  • Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

Make the Cheese Sauce

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese and heavy cream.
  • Whisk until smooth and melted.
  • Add onion powder and garlic salt.
  • Stir in 1 cup of Swiss cheese and mix until fully melted and smooth.

Combine Everything

  • In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, turkey ham, turkey bacon, and cheese sauce.
  • Add reserved pasta water and mix until well coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Assemble the Bake

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  • Pour pasta mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining Swiss cheese and crushed croutons.
  • Sprinkle small pieces of butter over the top.

Bake and Serve

  • Bake for 15 minutes until hot and lightly golden on top.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
