Chocolate-Covered Sweet and Sour Recipe - I love the combo of sweet and sour and the different balance of chocolate with gummy candy. It's a hit with my friends and family!
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk chocolate morsels
- 1 5 ounce package chewy sour candy (such as Sour Patch Kids™)
Instructions
- Step 1
- Melt milk chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, about 1 minute.
- Step 2
- Dip 1 side of each candy into the melted chocolate. Arrange on a flat plate.
- Step 3
- Refrigerate until chocolate solidifies, about 15 minutes.
