Ingredients

  • 1 8‑oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
  • ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
  • ½ lb thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 4 12‑inch large burrito tortillas

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, chopped bacon, and 1 Tbsp milk. Stir until smooth and spreadable; add extra milk if needed.
  • Spread ¼ of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Lay 3–4 slices of deli turkey flat over the cream cheese spread to cover the surface.
  • Roll the tortilla gently but firmly, keeping the roll tight to retain shape.
  • Refrigerate the rolls about 30 minutes so the softened cheese mixture firms up.
  • Remove rolls and trim off ends. Slice into 1‑inch pinwheels.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for smoother mixing.
  • Spread mixture thinly and evenly to avoid overfilling.
  • Chill rolls before slicing to get clean spirals.
  • Use quality bacon for smokiness.
  • Store pinwheels in airtight container in fridge.
