Total Time 42 minutes mins
- 1 8‑oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
- ¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
- ½ lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 4 12‑inch large burrito tortillas
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar, chopped bacon, and 1 Tbsp milk. Stir until smooth and spreadable; add extra milk if needed.
Spread ¼ of the mixture evenly over each tortilla.
Lay 3–4 slices of deli turkey flat over the cream cheese spread to cover the surface.
Roll the tortilla gently but firmly, keeping the roll tight to retain shape.
Refrigerate the rolls about 30 minutes so the softened cheese mixture firms up.
Remove rolls and trim off ends. Slice into 1‑inch pinwheels.
