- 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken cooked or leftover
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese shredded
- 1/3 cup salsa
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- Oil for frying or cooking spray for baking
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, salsa, salt, and pepper until creamy.
