- 3 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into ¾-inch cubes
- ¼ cup salted butter melted
- 2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 teaspoons minced garlic
Assemble the Cheese Bombs
Cut mozzarella into ¾-inch cubes.
Open biscuits and place each on a cutting board.
Place one cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.

Add Garlic-Ranch Butter
Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Mix melted butter with garlic and ranch seasoning.
Brush the tops of each roll with the butter mixture.
Bake and Finish
Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Brush rolls with any remaining butter and let cool 5 minutes.
Serve warm, with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
Cheese variations: Mozzarella is classic, but cheddar, pepper jack, or a mix works well.
Sealing the biscuits: Pinch seams firmly to prevent cheese from leaking.
Make ahead: Assemble, refrigerate, and bake within 24 hours.
Serving: Best served warm for gooey, melty cheese.
Extra flavor: Sprinkle a little parsley or Parmesan on top after baking for garnish.
