Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two 7x3-inch loaf pans.

  • In another bowl, beat eggs and mix with melted butter and vanilla.
  • Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir just until combined.

  • Cool slightly before removing from pans.
