Garlic Cheese Bombs

These Garlic Cheese Bombs are little pockets of melty cheddar wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, rolled in garlic butter, and baked until golden. They’re the ultimate cheesy, garlicky snack or party side.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 10 count premade biscuits
  • 20 cubes cheddar cheese about ½" x ¾"
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp dried parsley

Notes

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Cut each biscuit in half and lightly flatten.
  • Place 1 cube of cheese in the center and wrap dough around it. Seal edges and roll into a ball.
  • Melt butter with garlic in the microwave (about 12 seconds).
  • In a separate bowl, mix parmesan and parsley.
  • Dip each dough ball in garlic butter, then roll in parmesan mixture.
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
