- 6 –7 medium russet potatoes cleaned and cut into steak fry pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 –2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 –2 teaspoons salt table salt or fine kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, salt, and parsley until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip the fries, and return to oven.
Bake for an additional 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with additional salt if desired, and serve immediately.
