- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp seasoning salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Honey Garlic Ginger Sauce:
- ½ cup honey
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp finely diced ginger
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ⅓ cup water
In a bowl, mix flour, panko, and seasonings.
In a second bowl, whisk eggs with water and 1 tbsp oil.
Pat chicken dry. Dip each piece in egg, then flour. Repeat for a double coat.
Heat 1 inch of oil in a skillet to 350°F.
Fry chicken in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and 165°F inside. Drain.
In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Toss tenders in sauce or drizzle over top. Garnish with green onions.
-
Let chicken rest 10 min after breading to prevent coating from falling off.

Don’t overcrowd the pan — fry in small batches.

Air fryer option: Spray with oil and cook at 400°F for 12–14 minutes.
