- 2 pounds russet potatoes peeled and sliced into half-moons
- ¼ cup olive oil divided
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning crushed
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese divided
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Prep the Oven and Potatoes
Season the Potatoes
