Japanese Shrimp Sauce "Yum Yum" Sauce
Creamy, tangy, sweet, and mildly spicy “Yum Yum” sauce—perfect complement to grilled shrimp, sushi, vegetables, or fried favorites.

- 2 cups mayonnaise
- ½ cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ cup water adjust to preferred consistency
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha or favorite hot sauce
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and cayenne.
Add water gradually until desired drizzle consistency is reached.
Stir in Sriracha (or other hot sauce) to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors meld.
Serve as sauce for shrimp, seafood, vegetables, or fried items.
