Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced (with seeds for more heat)
  • 1 small can black olives chopped
  • 1 15 oz can corn, drained
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, diced red bell pepper, jalapeño, chopped black olives, drained corn, and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are incorporated and the mixture is creamy and well blended.
  • Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or vegetables—or cover and chill for up to 24 hours to let flavors meld.

Notes

  • Be sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
  • Adjust jalapeño amount to control heat.
  • Drain corn well to prevent watery dip.
  • You can add a splash of milk or sour cream if dip is too thick.
  • Garnish with chopped herbs (green onion or parsley) for extra color.
