Sliders
- ½ pound thick-cut hardwood smoked bacon
- 1 3-pound boneless ham
- 1½ dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Creamy Cheese Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese shredded (about 3 cups)
- 1 8-ounce container sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup scallions finely minced
- Dash of hot sauce to taste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 15–20 minutes. Drain, cool, and chop; set aside.
Thinly slice the entire ham using a sharp knife; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Stir in chopped bacon until evenly combined.
Slice slider rolls in half horizontally.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over both the tops and bottoms of the rolls.
Layer sliced ham onto the bottom halves, folding slices as needed, then place roll tops back on.
Arrange sliders tightly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Brush tops with melted butter, cover with parchment and foil, and bake for 10 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
