No-Bake S’mores Treats Recipe
These No-Bake S’mores Treats are chewy, gooey, and packed with classic s’mores flavor. Made with just a few ingredients and ready in under an hour, they’re the easiest way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

- 5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 package 10 oz mini marshmallows (plus 1 extra cup for folding in)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups graham cracker crumbs or pieces about 12 full sheets, lightly crushed
- 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows (reserving 1 cup) and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Gently fold in graham cracker pieces until coated.
Fold in reserved mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks, mixing gently so the chocolate doesn’t fully melt.
Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9x9-inch pan.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into bars and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
