No-Bake S’mores Treats Recipe

These No-Bake S’mores Treats are chewy, gooey, and packed with classic s’mores flavor. Made with just a few ingredients and ready in under an hour, they’re the easiest way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 package 10 oz mini marshmallows (plus 1 extra cup for folding in)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 cups graham cracker crumbs or pieces about 12 full sheets, lightly crushed
  • 1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows (reserving 1 cup) and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Gently fold in graham cracker pieces until coated.
  • Fold in reserved mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks, mixing gently so the chocolate doesn’t fully melt.
  • Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined 9x9-inch pan.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut into bars and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • Lightly butter your hands or spatula when pressing the mixture into the pan to prevent sticking.
  • Don’t overmix after adding chocolate—leave it streaky and swirled.
  • For extra flair, drizzle the top with melted chocolate or sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
