Ingredients

  • 18 Oreo Cookies
  • 2 8 oz blocks cream cheese (440g), softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar 90g
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 240ml

Instructions

Prepare the Oreo Base:

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and pounding with a rolling pin. Set aside.

Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined and fluffy.
