Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus 1 tablespoon for pan
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Prep the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Line baking sheets with foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Coat the Green Beans
  • In a bowl, whisk egg with olive oil.
  • Add green beans and toss to coat evenly.

Add the Coating

  • In another bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
  • Toss green beans in the dry mixture until well coated.

Bake

  • Spread green beans in a single layer on prepared pans.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.

Serve

  • Serve warm as a snack or side dish.
