Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne pasta
  • 8 ripe Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil.
  • Add the penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • While the pasta cooks, place the diced tomatoes, red onion, basil, and Parmesan in a large mixing bowl.
