Total Time 30 minutes mins
- 1 can 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 24 slices beef or turkey pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each round into a 4-inch circle.
In the center of each dough round, place 2 slices of pepperoni, a heaping tablespoon of mozzarella, and a small spoonful of pizza sauce.
Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal completely. Place seam-side down in the muffin tin.
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Brush the tops of the bombs with the seasoned butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
Bake for 14-16 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

For crispier bottoms, sprinkle a little grated cheese into each muffin cup before placing the bombs in.
-
Add chopped basil or oregano into the filling for extra herb flavor.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in an oven or air fryer for best texture.
-
Try with shredded cheddar or provolone for a twist.
