- 10 tablespoons unsalted butter cubed
- 16 cups mini marshmallows plus 4 cups extra for folding in
- 14 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Non-stick cooking spray for pan
Line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper or foil and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter completely.
Add 16 cups of mini marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth.
Stir in the kosher salt.
Remove from heat and immediately fold in the Fruity Pebbles using a rubber spatula.
Quickly fold in the remaining 4 cups of mini marshmallows for pockets of chewy texture.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and press evenly using a greased spatula or wax paper.
Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Once firm, lift from the pan and slice into even bars using a sharp knife.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
