Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Pop the Pillsbury crescent roll can (my favorite part) and spread the rolls out on a cutting board or clean counter top
Cut each crescent roll triangle in half so that you have double the amount of triangles
Put the pulled chicken in a bowl and warm up in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes, just to unthaw the chicken
In a bowl whip softened cream cheese together with Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix
then add in pulled chicken and mix well
Cut up each Swiss cheese slice into 4 squares
On the large end of each crescent triangle place a square of cheese
Spoon a little less than a tbsp of the chicken cream cheese mixture on top of the cheese, and then cover with 3 baby spinach leaves
Roll the crescent roll up trying to contain the filling the best you can
Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and repeat with all the other rolls
Cook at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until rolls are a light golden brown on top
