  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry pie filling or fresh chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Additional pretzels graham crackers, or fruit for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture into a serving dish.
  • Spoon the strawberry pie filling or fresh strawberries evenly over the top.
  • In a separate bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle some of the buttery pretzel mixture over the top or serve it on the side for scooping.
  • Chill for 30 minutes if desired, or serve immediately with your choice of dippers.
