Turkey Roll Ups (Costco Copycat)
Soft tortillas rolled with cordial cream cheese–cranberry filling, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and cheese—chilled, sliced, and ready to serve as finger sandwiches or snack bites.

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup whole‑berry cranberry sauce
- 8 flour tortillas 10‑inch
- Romaine or green leaf lettuce pieces 4‑inch pieces
- 16 slices deli turkey
- 16 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese halved
- 2 medium tomatoes halved and sliced
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese with whole‑berry cranberry sauce until uniform.
Lay one tortilla flat; spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture to edges.
Layer 3 pieces of lettuce in centre, then 2 slices of turkey, 4 pieces of cheese, and tomato slices.
Roll tightly toward the filling, forming a compact log. Repeat for all tortillas.
Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm (at least 30 minutes).
To serve, trim ends, slice each log into 8 pieces (or desired thickness).
