Veggie Wrap
A colorful veggie wrap with crisp lettuce, sweet tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers and carrots, creamy herbed cream cheese, and slices of Havarti cheese—all rolled in a soft flatbread. Fresh, light, and perfect for lunch or on‑the‑go.

- 4 flatbreads Flatout Original or similar soft flatbread
- ½ cup herbed cream cheese Green Goddess style or your preferred cream cheese + herbs
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 4 Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
- 2 Persian cucumbers thin‑lengthwise sliced
- 2 carrots peeled and julienned
- 4 slices Havarti cheese each slice halved
Lay out each flatbread on a clean flat surface. Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of herbed cream cheese onto each flatbread.
Place two leaves of lettuce in the center of each flatbread.
Over the lettuce, layer slices of Roma tomato, then cucumber slices, then julienned carrots.
Add halves of Havarti cheese slices on top of vegetables.
Roll each flatbread tightly, folding in ends if necessary to enclose filling.
Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap or wax paper to maintain shape.
Refrigerate for several minutes if time allows to let the wrap settle (helps with slicing).
Slice each wrap in half and serve.
