Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato peeled and diced

  • 2 –3 chicken apple sausages sliced
  • 2 –3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: oregano or adobo seasoning

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 420°F.
  • Dice sweet potato, white potato, bell pepper, onion, and slice sausage.

Season
