This 5-Ingredient Beef Stroganoff is the definition of no-fuss comfort food. Just throw everything into your crock pot and come back to tender beef in a rich, creamy sauce — perfect over egg noodles and ready to soothe any kind of day.

- 1 lb stew meat
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of onion soup (or 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix + extra can of cream of mushroom)
- 1 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 8 oz egg noodles cooked
- 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms (optional)
In a crock pot, combine stew meat, cream of onion soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Add mushrooms if using.
Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender. (Check early if your slow cooker runs hot.)
When beef is done, stir to combine and turn off heat.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
Just before serving, stir sour cream into the beef mixture.
Spoon over egg noodles and serve hot.
