Ingredients
  

For the parfaits:

  • 2 cups brownie chunks homemade or store-bought
  • 1 ½ cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings or crushed hazelnuts for garnish

For the Nutella syrup:

  • ½ cup Nutella
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Nutella syrup: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the Nutella, heavy cream, and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and glossy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool slightly.
  • Assemble the parfaits: In serving glasses, layer brownie chunks at the bottom, followed by a dollop of whipped cream, then a drizzle of Nutella syrup. Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a final swirl of whipped cream.
  • Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or crushed hazelnuts for extra texture and flavor. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Use different textures by adding crushed cookies or nuts between layers.
  • Let the Nutella syrup cool slightly before drizzling to prevent melting the whipped cream.
  • For a boozy twist, add a splash of hazelnut liqueur to the whipped cream.
