- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup salted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar adjust as needed
- 2 pounds chocolate candy coating
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 15–25 minutes until it firms up.
Scoop and roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined tray.
Refrigerate the rolled balls for another 15–20 minutes to firm them further.
Melt the chocolate coating according to package directions until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
Place the coated balls onto wax paper or parchment paper.
Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Chill before serving or storing for best texture.
If the mixture is too soft, add a bit more powdered sugar.
If it’s too firm, mix in a small amount of peanut butter.
Use a fork or dipping tool to make coating easier and cleaner.
Work in batches to keep the peanut butter balls cold while dipping.
Add a drizzle of white or milk chocolate on top for decoration.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
