- 1 package stew meat
- 1 –2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 –3 celery stalks sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 small bay leaves
- 1½ cups beef broth
- 1 –2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, and bay leaves on top of the beef.
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
