Easy French Dip Sliders
French Dip Sliders are warm, cheesy, and packed with savory roast beef layered inside soft Hawaiian rolls. Brushed with seasoned butter and baked until golden, these mini sandwiches are served with flavorful au jus for dipping—perfect for gatherings, game days, or easy dinners.

Sliders
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls 12 rolls
- 1 pound deli roast beef
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1½ cups French fried onions optional
Seasoned Butter Topping
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 packet au jus seasoning mix divided
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- ¾ teaspoon dried minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Butter the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with softened butter.
Without separating the rolls, slice the entire package horizontally in half.
Place the bottom half into the baking dish.
Layer with 6 slices provolone cheese, roast beef, French fried onions (if using), remaining 6 slices of cheese, and top half of rolls.
Make the Topping
Melt butter in a small bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon au jus seasoning mix, Worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, dried garlic, onion powder, and seasoned salt. Whisk until combined.
Pour mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, coating thoroughly.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
Remove from oven and slice into individual sliders with a sharp knife.
Prepare Au Jus
In a small saucepan, combine remaining au jus seasoning mix with 2 cups cold water.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until slightly thickened.
Serve warm alongside sliders for dipping.
