Grasshopper Parfait
This Grasshopper Parfait layers rich chocolate pudding, minty whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and chopped Andes chocolates for a no-bake dessert that’s cool, creamy, and seriously fun. A nostalgic crowd-pleaser in every bite.

- 15 Oreo cookies chopped (about 1½ cups)
- Andes chocolates chopped (as much as you like)
- 2 3.9 oz packages JELL-O chocolate instant pudding
- 4 cups cold milk
- Green food coloring
- Mint extract or flavoring to taste
- 2 cups whipped topping COOL WHIP or whipped cream
- Extra Oreos and Andes for garnish
In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk. Let set for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, fold mint extract and green food coloring into whipped topping. Adjust to taste and color.
In small cups or jars, layer chocolate pudding, then mint whipped cream, then a spoonful of chopped cookies and Andes.
Repeat layers if desired.
Top with an Andes piece.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

No Andes? Use mint chips or even chopped Thin Mints.
