Honey BBQ Chicken Wraps

Packed with crispy popcorn chicken, tangy honey BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and fresh slaw, they’re the perfect quick lunch, game day snack, or easy dinner that’ll win over even the pickiest eaters.

- 4 large tortillas
- 2 cups crispy popcorn chicken baked or air-fried
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups coleslaw mix or broccoli slaw
Honey BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- Sriracha optional, to taste
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup, and sriracha if using. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place popcorn chicken in a large bowl. Pour most of the sauce over and toss to coat.
Warm tortillas on a skillet or microwave until pliable.
Layer cheese at the center of each tortilla. Add 5–6 pieces of sauced chicken.
Sprinkle coleslaw mix over the top.
Drizzle a bit more sauce if desired.
Roll tightly into a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed.
Optional: Place wraps on a skillet for 2 minutes per side to crisp.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
