Lazy Crock Pot Lasagna

This Lazy Crock Pot Lasagna skips the boiling, layering, and babysitting. Just toss in frozen ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese, then let the slow cooker handle the rest. It’s cheesy, saucy, and pure comfort with half the work.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 45 oz jar pasta sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 25–30 oz package cheese & spinach-filled ravioli (frozen, uncooked)

Instructions

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
  • Stir in Italian seasoning and pasta sauce. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
  • Spray inside of 6 qt crock pot with cooking spray.
  • Add 1 cup meat sauce to the bottom. Layer half the frozen ravioli, 2 cups sauce, and 1¼ cups mozzarella.
  • Repeat with remaining ravioli, sauce, and cheese.
  • Place a double layer of paper towels under lid (not touching food) to catch moisture.
  • Cook on low for 3–4 hours.
  • Turn off heat, remove lid, and let rest for 15–20 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make it meatless: Skip the beef and add mushrooms or zucchini.
  • Add parmesan on top for extra flavor.
  • Don’t overcook: Ravioli can get mushy — check at 3 hours.
