- 4 cups day-old cooked white rice
- 6 strips turkey bacon sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
