For the glaze:
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons milk (I used 1%)
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the chocolate crumb topping:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
