Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Devil's Food Cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
Filling:
- 1 Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting Filled Pastry Bag
Ganache:
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Line 24 muffin tins with liners and set aside.
- In the bowl of your mixer, beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs on low speed for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium and beat for one minute. Fill prepared muffin tins 1/2 with batter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched in the center. Remove to cooling rack and let cool completely.
- Fill cupcakes: insert the tip of your Pillsbury Filled Pastry Bag into the top of each cupcake and squeeze frosting into the center. Use a knife to scrape any excess of the top of the cupcake.
- Prepare ganache: in a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and cream in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add honey and stir. Let cool until thickened and no longer hot.
- Dip cupcakes in ganache, allowing excess to drip off. Immediately top with sprinkles.
