2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
9 egg yolks
9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Topping:
2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
dark chocolate or chocolate chips, for garnish
