Christmas Cheesecake Dip - With gingerbread cookie dippers, it tastes like the world's best eggnog cheesecake.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese softened to room temperature
- 1/4 c. eggnog
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Gingerbread cookies for serving
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, except for the cookies, in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to cream together all the ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Transfer to a small bowl for serving.
- Serve immediately with cookies for dipping. Or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
