Ingredients:
Chocolate/ Banana Pudding Cupcake:
2 C flour
1 C cocoa
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 C granulated sugar
1 TBSP vanilla extract
3/4 C vegetable oil
4 eggs (room temp)
1/2 C milk
1 C sour cream
1 3.4 oz banana cream pudding
Cooked apple recipe:
4 apples of your choice
2 C water
1/2 Sugar
Frosting Recipe:
1/2 C unsalted sweet cream
2 C powdered sugar
3 tsp of imitation banana extract
2 TBSP heavy whipping cream
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
