YIELD: 18 BROWNIES
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 cups grated zucchini, undrained (about one large)
1 MINUTE FROSTING
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
