Honey Walnuts Cups Recipe
Yield: 24 cups
Ingredients
For the Cups:
1 cup unsalted butter- softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
2 tablespoons butter
2–1/2 cups walnuts- chopped
1–1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons butter-melted
Instructions
To make the cups:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer, add the flour and salt and continue beating until dough well combined.
- In each mini muffin cup press a few tablespoon of the dough and shape in a cup.
