2 Tbsp butter
1 yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 -15 oz cans crushed tomatoes
12 oz jar roasted red peppers
2 cups vegetable broth*
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp dried thyme
Freshly cracked Pepper
1 cup whole milk (optional)
