2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 egg yolk , lightly beaten
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

TOPPING
1 large egg , lightly beaten
turbinado sugar

FOR THE GLAZE
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
