Baked Ravioli and Vodka Cream Sauce

¼ cup butter
5 garlic cloves minced
1 medium onion diced
1¼ cups vodka
2-28oz cans tomato sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
1 cup heavy cream
3-16 oz bags frozen ravioli (I used beef)
1½ cups fresh mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
chopped fresh parsley
